Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Inn at Grasmere, I found the cozy charm of the hotel perfectly complementing my nature-loving spirit. The 1769 Bar & Restaurant provided hearty meals that truly highlighted the best of local ingredients, satisfying my desire for genuine, seasonal fare. I particularly appreciated the attentive service as staff engaged with guests, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. The lounge offered a fantastic space to unwind after long hikes, allowing me to connect with fellow travelers while soaking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. If you're a lover of both wildlife and authentic experiences like me, this gem in the heart of the Lakes District is a must-visit!
